What are the workouts like?

Everyone is going to be different. I design your workout plan based off your fitness goal, fitness level, equipment you have access to, and several other factors!

I can’t do certain exercises because of an injury. Can I still do the workouts?
​

I design your workout routine around any injuries or physical limitations you may have. Just be sure to include that info on the application.

I don’t go to a gym. Will the plan work for me?
​

Yes, I design home workouts. For clients who have no equipment whatsoever, I design bodyweight workouts for them to do at home.

Will I have guidance throughout my plan?
​

You have 24/7 message support throughout your entire program. This means you can message me at any time and expect a response within 24 hours (usually a lot quicker). In addition, you check in with me every  every two weeks or four weeks, depending on which plan you purchase, and I make adjustments to your  workouts based on your progress.

I live outside the USA. Can I still sign up?

Yes!

How do you send the workouts/program?

​

TrainWithMe is an online personal training platform offered as an app for iphone users that allows me to send guided workouts with videos and audio cues so I can guarantee clients are doing safe and effective exercises.
